Identity, design and video
Branding and content that look like the medicine your practice delivers.
A visual identity that matches the standing of the practice, pages and articles that answer what patients ask before they call, materials for the office and the referral network, and short educational videos, all written and reviewed with you so nothing claims more than the medicine can.
Led by Elias Isea, with Roger de Oca
Quoted in writing before any work starts. Every piece is reviewed by you before it goes out.
What you get
Identity, words and images, made for a medical practice.
Brand identity
Logo, color, typography and the rules to use them, designed for a medical practice and not a startup: legible on a sign, a prescription pad, a phone screen and a white coat.
Graphic design
Signage, business cards, referral letterhead, presentation decks, social templates and the graphics your campaigns need, all from one identity so the practice looks like one place.
Condition and procedure pages
The pages patients read before choosing you: what the condition is, how you treat it, what to expect. Written in plain language, reviewed by you, and structured for the searches patients make. They live on the site we build or maintain.
Articles and guides
Regular articles that answer real patient questions, in English and Spanish when your patients need both. Each one reviewed by the physician whose name it carries. Why a practice blog earns its place.
Physician bios and the practice story
The bio patients actually read, and the story of the practice told without superlatives. See how we write a physician bio.
Short educational videos
Scripted, recorded with you and edited into short videos that explain a condition, a procedure or what a first visit looks like. Physicians and staff on camera; patients only with a signed written authorization, and usually not at all.
Who this is for
- A physician opening a practice who needs a name, a look and the first pages before the doors open
- A clinic whose logo, website and signage were made by three vendors in three decades
- A practice with an empty blog and a list of questions patients ask every day
- A healthcare organization that needs its programs explained clearly to members and the public
How it works
- 1
A conversation about the practice
Specialty, patients, referral sources, what exists today and what you want kept. We quote the identity, the content plan or both, in writing.
- 2
Identity first, then everything built on it
Two or three directions, one chosen, the rules written down. Every later piece, from a business card to a video cover, comes from that one identity.
- 3
Content written with you, never for you
We draft, you review, we revise. Nothing carries your name or your practice’s without your approval, and no claim goes further than the evidence.
- 4
Delivered where it lives
Pages published on your site, files in your own storage, videos in your own accounts. You own every file, every source and every login.
What content for a medical practice cannot say or show.
No page, post or video we make promises a clinical result, calls a practice “the best” without a basis, or shows a patient without a signed written authorization. Reviews we quote are the public Google reviews, presented as such. Educational videos feature physicians and staff, and every medical statement is reviewed by the physician who signs it.
DEOCAs never receives, stores or transports patient information, and content work does not change that: stories are told without identifying anyone, forms on any page we write send patient details to a platform that signs an agreement with your practice, and the marketing site collects nothing a front desk would not ask by phone.
Fair questions
Do you write the medical content, or do I?
We write the draft from what you tell us and from the published guidance for your specialty; you review it, correct it and approve it. The physician whose name is on a page is the last word on the medicine, and nothing is published before that review.
Can you use patient stories or before-and-after photos?
Only with a signed written authorization from the patient, kept by your practice, and even then we usually recommend against it. Public Google reviews can be shown and are labeled as Google reviews. A story that could identify someone without their written consent does not get published.
Do you write in Spanish?
Yes, by hand and by people who speak it, never by translation software. Pages and articles exist in both languages at their own addresses when your patients need both. See how a bilingual medical website works.
I already have a logo. Do I need a new one?
Not necessarily. If the identity holds up, we write down its rules and build everything else on it. If it does not, we say so and show what a refresh would keep. A new identity is quoted separately, so you are never sold one you did not need.
Who owns the files?
You do. Source files, fonts, photography, video footage and every finished piece are delivered to your own storage, and the accounts they live in are in your name.
How does this fit with the website and the marketing?
The identity and the content live on the site we build or maintain, and they are what the campaigns send people to. Digital marketing brings people to those pages; social media management publishes the content every week.
