Paid and organic, one plan

Digital marketing for medical practices, built to find patients without ever tracking them.

A strategy in writing, paid and organic campaigns on search engines and social networks, email to the lists your practice already keeps, and a monthly report that says what each dollar brought. Only for physicians, clinics and healthcare organizations, inside the advertising rules medicine has to live with.

Led by Elias Isea, with Roger de Oca

Quoted in writing before any campaign starts. Ad accounts stay in your practice’s name.

What you get

Every channel a patient uses to find a doctor, run as one plan.

A strategy before a single ad

Who your patients are, what they search, which channels reach them and what a new patient is worth to the practice, written down before any budget is spent. SEO is part of it: the search foundation of your site decides how far paid campaigns have to carry. Why SEO matters for physicians.

Search campaigns

Google Ads campaigns for the searches patients make when they need a doctor now: the condition, the specialty, the city. Keywords, ads and landing pages written for your specialty and kept inside Google’s healthcare policies.

Social campaigns

Paid campaigns on Meta and the networks your patients actually use, with audiences built from interests and location, never from who visited your site or asked for an appointment.

Organic presence

Posts, profiles and the Google Business Profile kept current, so the paid campaigns land on a practice that looks alive. The week-to-week of that work is its own service.

Social media management

Email to your own lists

Newsletters and announcements sent to the lists your practice keeps on its own platform, one that signs a business associate agreement with you. We write and design the message; the list, the sending and the replies stay in your account.

The platforms that sign an agreement with you

Optimization and reporting

Campaigns adjusted every week and a monthly report in plain language: what was spent, what it brought in calls, forms and visits, and what changes next. Counts, never identities.

Who this is for

  • A physician opening a practice, or moving to a new city, who needs patients to find them from the first month
  • A clinic paying for ads it cannot connect to a single new patient
  • A specialty practice competing with hospital systems for the same searches
  • A healthcare organization that needs its programs, events or membership found, like the organizations we build for

How it works

  1. 1

A conversation and a written plan

You tell us about the practice, the patients you want more of and what you spend today. We answer with a strategy, a budget range and a quote, in writing.

  2. 2

    Accounts in your name

Google Ads, Meta and the email platform are opened or kept in the practice’s name. We work inside them as managers; if we ever part ways, everything stays with you.

  3. 3

    Campaigns built and checked

Ads, audiences and landing pages written for your specialty and reviewed against the healthcare policies of each platform and Florida’s rules on physician advertising before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Weekly adjustments, monthly report

Bids, ads and budgets tuned every week. Once a month, a plain-language report and a call: what worked, what did not, and what we change.

What we will not do with your patients’ data.

DEOCAs never receives, stores or transports patient information, and marketing does not change that. No advertising pixel and no retargeting runs on any page where a patient asks for an appointment or describes a problem, because the visit itself says something about that person’s health. Audiences are built from interests and location; the reports count calls, forms and visits, never who made them.

Nobody can promise a clinical result, a ranking or a number of new patients, and our ads never call a practice “the best” without something to stand on. Every campaign stays inside Google’s and Meta’s healthcare policies and Florida’s rules on physician advertising, and email goes only to lists your practice keeps on a platform that signs an agreement with you. If a tactic needs any of that bent, we say no and explain why.

Fair questions

How much does digital marketing for a medical practice cost?

Two numbers, quoted separately in writing: our fee for strategy, management and reporting, and the media budget you pay directly to Google, Meta or the email platform from your own accounts. The right budget depends on your specialty and your market, and the plan says what a realistic first three months look like before you commit to anything.

Can you guarantee new patients?

No, and nobody honest can. What we commit to is a written plan, campaigns inside the rules, weekly adjustments and a report that shows what the spend produced in calls, forms and visits. If after a fair trial the numbers do not justify the budget, we tell you so.

Do you use retargeting or the Meta pixel?

Not on pages where a patient asks for an appointment or describes a problem, and we do not build audiences from who visited your site. A visit to a page about a condition is, on its own, information about that person’s health, and the healthcare policies of Google and Meta do not allow it to feed an audience. Campaigns target interests and location instead.

Is SEO included?

SEO is part of the strategy: the plan names the searches that matter, and the site we build or maintain carries the structure, speed and content those searches need. If you want the roadmap alone, healthcare digital consulting delivers it in writing with no campaign attached. Read why SEO matters for physicians.

Can you send email to my patients?

We write and design the message; the list, the sending and the replies stay in the platform your practice uses, one that signs a business associate agreement with you. DEOCAs never holds a patient list. A practice without such a platform starts by choosing one from our guide. See the secure platforms guide.

Who owns the ad accounts and the results?

Your practice does. Google Ads, Meta and the email platform are in your name; we work inside them with manager access, and the history, the audiences and the reports stay with you if we ever part ways.

Tell us who you want to reach.
