Licensed Physical Therapist and co-founder of DEOCAs. Alejandro brings a rehabilitation and musculoskeletal perspective to the products we build, ensuring clinical workflows are reflected accurately in every tool. He also leads client relationships and business development, combining healthcare expertise with a people-first commercial instinct.
Flavia Diaz
Co-Founder & Medical Advisor
Medical graduate from the University of Girona, Spain, co-founder of DEOCAs, and member of our Medical Advisory Board. Flavia brings a clinical perspective to everything we build, bridging technology and medical practice so every tool is designed around real clinical needs, including the perspective of early-career physicians building their professional identity from day one.

Automated Reception
Minna is the automated reception line at DEOCAs. It answers the first call at any hour, in English or Spanish, gathers what your practice needs and the best time to reach you, and hands that to Alejandro or Nicole, who call you back prepared instead of starting from zero. It is not a person, it does not take medical information, and it will tell you plainly what it is if you ask.
Nicole Citro
Sales & Client Relations
Sales and client relations professional with more than 10 years of experience across hospitality sales, account management, and customer service, including corporate and group sales leadership for major hotel brands. With formal training in medical billing and coding, Nicole understands the administrative side of healthcare and leads outreach and client relationships at DEOCAs, making sure every practice we work with gets responsive, personal attention.

Partner, Marketing & Creative Director
Marketing Manager and Creative Director with over 15 years in advertising. Elias has worked with global brands including Unilever, Nestlé, Citibank, and Boca Juniors FC. At DEOCAs, he leads brand strategy and content production.
Shakib Shams
Technology Collaborator
Shakib is an independent technology collaborator who contributes to select DEOCAs projects. With expertise in cross-platform design, 3D, and software engineering, Shakib brings specialized technical skills to complex development challenges when needed.
Alejandro Sanchez

UI/UX Designer, developer, and digital strategist focused on creating modern, user-centered products and interfaces. Alejandro combines design, frontend development, and marketing expertise to build visually polished, functional, and conversion-driven digital experiences. DEOCAs has been based in Tampa since 2023, serving physicians and healthcare organizations across the United States. Working from one of the country’s fastest-growing healthcare markets keeps us close to the realities of Florida practices: competitive metro areas, bilingual patient populations, and physicians who need their digital presence to work as hard as they do.
That closeness shows in our work: our client roster includes the Florida Chapter of the American College of Physicians, the statewide home of internal medicine.
