Medical Website Redesign
Medical website redesign that keeps what your old site earned.
Your site looks dated, loads slowly on a phone or stopped bringing patients, and you do not want to lose the pages that still rank. We rebuild it from zero on our own stack, keep every address, every page that ranks and every real photo, and measure the old site before the new one goes live.
Quoted in writing before any work starts. A typical redesign launches in 4 to 6 weeks.
What you get
A new site that starts where the old one left off.
An inventory of what your site earned
Every address, every page that ranks, every real photo and every line of content worth keeping, listed before anything is designed. Nothing is dropped by accident.
A redirect map, tested twice
Each old address is mapped to its new page and checked before launch and again after it, so no patient, no referral and no Google result lands on a dead page.
Baseline readings before we touch anything
Search Console, contacts per month and speed on a phone, recorded before the work starts, so the new site is measured against the old one and not against a feeling.
A new design, built from zero
Not a theme laid over the old site. Designed for your specialty and your patients and built on our own stack, so we can stand behind every line of it. See the physician site we built for Dr. Jason Goldman.
Speed and accessibility, verified
The new site is verified against Google Core Web Vitals and WCAG 2.1 AA before launch, because a slow or hard-to-read site loses the patients a good one wins.
Forms, integrations and a Spanish version
Contact forms delivered to you instantly, appointment requests routed to the system your practice controls, and Spanish pages at their own addresses when your patients need them.
The platforms that sign an agreement with youWho this is for
- A practice with a site built years ago that nobody has touched since
- A clinic that went through a redesign and lost calls afterwards
- A physician leaving a group who inherits a site that was never theirs
- A medical organization whose site no longer reflects its standing
How it works
- 1
Scan or audit, to know what to keep
The free scan is the quick look; the $197 audit is the full one. Either way we start by learning which pages earn their place and which addresses must survive.
- 2
A written quote, redirect map included
Scope, timeline and price in writing before any work starts. The redirect map is part of the quote, not an extra.
- 3
Design and build from zero
Structure and words designed as one thing, on our own stack. You review real pages with your real content moved in, not wireframes.
- 4
A measured launch, then two months of watching
The old readings sit next to the new ones. We watch Search Console for two months after launch and fix anything that drifts.
Redesigning with us means rebuilding.
We do not patch a site on someone else’s platform, because we cannot stand behind a foundation we did not lay. What we do is keep everything that site earned: its addresses, the content that ranks, the photos, the reviews and the data, and carry them into a site built from zero.
If you are not sure it needs replacing, the $197 audit says so honestly and the report is yours to keep, whoever you build with. If we do the work, the fee is credited in full.
Fair questions
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Rankings move when addresses change and nobody redirects them, or when pages that ranked are deleted. A redesign done properly keeps both: every old address is redirected to its new page, the content that ranks is kept and improved, and we watch Search Console for two months after launch. Nobody can promise a position on Google, but a redesign should not cost you the ones you have.
Can I keep my content and my photos?
Yes, and we recommend it. Real photos of you, your team and your office earn more trust than stock imagery, and content that already answers patient questions is worth keeping. We rewrite what is dated, keep what works, and move it into the new site.
What happens to my domain?
It stays yours. The domain is registered to you, stays registered to you, and simply points at the new site on launch day. If it is currently registered to a previous agency, we help you recover it first.
How long does a redesign take?
A typical redesign launches in 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff. Larger sites with many pages to migrate take longer, and the written quote includes the timeline. The most common delay is content nobody has reviewed in years, so we start there.
Do you redesign sites built on WordPress, Wix or Squarespace?
We rebuild them. The content, photos and addresses come over; the platform does not. The new site is built from zero on our own stack, so we can answer for its speed and security. Your old account can be closed once the new site is live and the redirects are verified.
Do I need the audit first?
No. If you already know the site has to go, tell us about it and we quote the rebuild. The audit is for the physician who is not sure, and its fee is credited in full if we do the work. See what the audit covers.
