Healthcare Digital Consulting

A clear map before you spend another dollar online.

Most practices do not need more digital things. They need to know which of the things they already have is underperforming, what is actually worth building next, and what to stop paying for. That is what this engagement answers, in writing, in plain language.

What you get

An outside eye with skin in healthcare.

Digital footprint review

Website, search presence, local listings, directories and profiles, examined together instead of in pieces.

Specialty and market context

How the practices competing for your patients present themselves, and where the open ground is.

Search gap analysis

The queries your patients make that nobody in your market answers well, mapped to concrete pages and actions.

Platform and vendor sanity check

What you are paying for that earns its fee, what is redundant, and what a smaller sharper setup would look like. We sell no third-party platform, so the answer has no commission behind it.

A prioritized roadmap

Every recommendation ranked by impact against effort, so the first dollar goes where it moves the needle.

Delivered in writing

A document your team can execute with anyone, plus a call to walk through it. Not a slide deck of generalities.

Who this is for

  • A practice spending on marketing without a way to tell what works
  • A physician deciding between rebuilding, patching or starting over online
  • A clinic inheriting a patchwork of vendors, subscriptions and half-finished projects
  • A medical organization planning its next digital investment and wanting an honest second opinion

How it works

  1. 1

    Intake

You share what exists today and what the practice wants. Access to analytics helps but is not required to start.

  2. 2

    Review and research

We examine the footprint, the market and the numbers available, and pressure-test what you have been told.

  3. 3

    The roadmap, in writing

Findings and recommendations, ranked, in plain language, with honest effort estimates.

  4. 4

    Walkthrough call

We go through it together, answer everything, and you keep the document either way.

Advice with no products hiding behind it.

Consulting is only worth paying for when the advice is free to say anything. We do not resell platforms, take referral commissions or mark up subscriptions, so if the honest answer is that your current setup is fine, that is the answer you get.

If the roadmap concludes you need something built and you want us to build it, that is a separate decision with its own written quote. Plenty of clients execute the roadmap with their existing team, and the document is written for that.

Fair questions

How is this different from the $197 audit?

The audit is a focused review of your website with a prioritized fix list. Consulting is wider: the whole digital footprint, the market you compete in, your vendors and spend, and a strategy roadmap. When the website is the only question, the audit is the better buy, and we will tell you so.

What does it cost?

Scoped and quoted in writing after a short intake, because a solo practice and a multi-location group are different engagements. The quote is fixed before work begins.

Do I have to implement it with you?

No. The roadmap is written so any competent team can execute it. If you want us to build any part, that is quoted separately, and audit fees you have paid are credited.

What do you need from me?

A conversation, the list of what exists today, and access to your analytics if available. We do the digging from there.
